You can enjoy as garlic bread or, try Aidan's Gluten Free™ baguette as crostini. Simply cut the baguette into ¼ inch slices and gently toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. The result is a soft yet crisp crostini with a flavour and texture that enhances the enjoyment of your favourite spreads and toppings.

Baguettes are best and most anticipated when they are served warm. Simply heat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and place the baguette in the middle over rack for 5 minutes. Serve warm with butter.

Ooey gooey grilled cheese. Grate ¼ cup medium cheddar with ½cup mozzarella and mix in a bowl. Add 15 ml cream and blend with a fork until cream has been absorbed. Spread mixture between two slices of Aidan's Gluten Free™ Red Lentil and Blue Corn Brown Loaf, brush each side with olive oil and grill until browned on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Slice and enjoy.

Add flavour to your salads or soups with fresh croutons. Simply cut into 1cm cubes and bake until crisp.

Toad in the Hole. Using a round cutter, cut a hole in the centre of 1 slice of Aidan's Gluten Free™ Red Lentil and Blue Corn Brown Loaf and brush each side with olive oil. Place in a buttered pan on medium heat and crack an egg into the whole. When firm, flip and fry until egg is desired texture.

Toast three slices of Aidan’s Gluten Free™ Loaf and assemble in the following order: Start with one of the toasted slices, add mayonnaise, sliced chicken and lettuce followed by another toasted slice with mayonnaise on each side, followed by bacon, tomato, more mayonnaise and the final toasted slice and there, you have a traditional club sandwich.

Our pita was designed with utility in mind. It makes a great flatbread for pizza, has an open pocket for sandwiches, and can even be substituted for a wrap.

As a pizza, simply load with your favourite toppings and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 400°. For a crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack. For a softer crust, bake on a cookie sheet.

As a pocket, cut into two halves. We recommend warming the pita for 10 - 15 seconds in the microwave, this will enhance its pliability. Open the pocket and stuff with your favourite fillings. It is that simple.

As a wrap, cut along the edge of the pita half way around. Microwave the pita for 10 - 15 seconds to enhance its pliability.
